| Patients with Liver Dysfunction. Doses of 100mg/m2 is associated with an increased incidence of toxic death. Patients should receive premedication with Corticosteroids. Caution in patients with Neutropenia, Severe Fluid Retention, Hypersensitivity reactions, Severe Neurosensory symptoms, Severe Asthenia, Cutaneous toxicity. |
